The City of Wanneroo also has a library in Clarkson called the Clarkson Library. The library is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 12.45 pm to 5 pm, Monday to Friday and from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays. You can contact the Clarkson Library at (08) 9407 1600.

The City of Wanneroo also has a community facility in Yanchep called the Yanchep Two Rocks Access Centre . The centre is open from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 12:45 pm to 4 pm, Monday to Thursday.

If you cannot speak on the phone, the City of Wanneroo also has the National Relay Service available. The National Relay Service is a free service that allows people who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment to make and receive phone calls.

The City of Wanneroo also has the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) available for people who do not speak English as their first language. TIS is a free service that provides telephone interpreting services in over 170 languages.
