During this phase, we help you to finalise the contract, including all conditions discussed. We’ve created a ‘Seller’s Flowchart’ to help you understand the information needed and when. Our ‘Seller’s Flowchart’ is a map that guides you from ‘Listing your property’ to ‘Settlement.’
