Preparation Phase

We visit you to review your property thoroughly and assist you with presenting your home in its best light. We will also discuss pricing, photography, marketing, fees, contracts, and your desired timeframe.

Action Phase

We will call you after each home open and discuss relevant feedback and any offers. We present offers from potential buyers to you in writing. During this phase, we discuss the finer points with you, which may include:

  • Building inspection report
  • Finance approval
  • What the buyer has indicated regarding their timeline (e.g., subject to sale)
  • Termite inspection
  • Relevant settlement dates to the satisfaction of both buyer and seller

Contract Phase

During this phase, we help you to finalise the contract, including all conditions discussed. We’ve created a ‘Seller’s Flowchart’ to help you understand the information needed and when. Our ‘Seller’s Flowchart’ is a map that guides you from ‘Listing your property’ to ‘Settlement.’

As with all important documents, correctly completing them can be a formidable task. However, we work with you so you can feel confident and at ease.
